Building the Future: 2008-2020 UTS Strategic Plan
I am delighted to announce the launch of
Building the Future, the
strategic plan for UTS. This plan is the foundation for UTS’ path ahead.
The
Building the Future Steering Committee assembled in the
Spring of 2007 with the mandate to guide and coordinate creation
of a dynamic long term strategic plan that integrates input from
the UTS community. Committee members drawn from key UTS
constituencies conducted an eighteen month consultation with
alumni, students, parents, staff and friends of the school. On
January 8, 2008, the Vision and Mission was approved by the UTS
Board of Directors. With the Vision and Mission in place, the
work of drafting the plan began. We are confident that Building
the Future accurately reflects consensus on the school’s core
values and the school’s future direction.
