UTS Diploma
UTS awards the University of Toronto Schools Diploma for
achievement in the special features curriculum. This diploma
complements the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) and
attests to an attainment level beyond the provincial standards.
There are minimum course requirements for each grade, and the
following are required courses in addition to OSSD.
- F1 ROA
- F2 Latin
- Two M3 Arts or Languages
- M3 20th Century History
- S5 Physical Education
- One Senior Science
- minimum of seven University Preparation courses
- at least one University Preparation course from two of
the following subject groupings:
- Arts
- Canadian and World Studies, Social Sciences,
Humanities
- Languages
- Maths, Sciences, Technology
- 60 hours of community service
The requirements for the UTS Diploma are currently under
