University of Toronto Schools (UTS) reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a program due to insufficient registration. Minimum registrant requirements vary. We strive to let clients know if a program has to be rescheduled or cancelled well in advance of the start date.
If UTS cancels, clients will be contacted and rebooked for another session of the same or similar program. Registrants may also request a full refund to be processed in cases such as these.
If a client cancels, all cancellations are subject to a fee that will not exceed $100, but varies by program. There are cancellation deadlines after which no refund will be issued. Please review the cancellation policy for each program carefully before agreeing to it.

Free Extended Care

The instructional day begins at 9:30am, and families may drop off their children as early as 8:30 a.m. Programs end daily at 3:30pm, with free extended care offered from 3:30pm to 5:00pm.

Children are supervised by staff members during this time and will have access to the gymnasium, quiet work space and a variety of other activities on the premises.

Families must sign up for extended care during the registration process in order for us appropriately plan for required staff.

Note: Extended care closes promptly at 5:00pm so that we can maintain the work hours of our staff. Any child not picked up by 5:00pm will be taken to the main office and a $20 late pick-up fee will be charged per child.
