Cyanotypes, Textiles & Book Making

Unleash your Imagination

For students in grades 4 to 7
$450

Get ready to dive into a week of creativity, curiosity, and hands-on artmaking! In this one-week camp, students will explore the magic of cyanotypes, textiles, and book making through fun, engaging projects inspired by nature and imagination.
Campers will experiment with cyanotype printing, using sunlight to create beautiful blue-toned images with found objects and natural materials. They’ll explore textile arts, learning simple fabric tie-dyeing, and stitching to add texture and design to their creations. The week will wrap up with an introduction to bookmaking, where students assemble and curate their artworks using folding, layering, and sequencing methods to create sculptural and narrative forms without traditional binding.
Throughout the program, students will develop foundational visual arts skills while fostering curiosity, experimentation, and creative problem-solving. The camp emphasizes process over product, encouraging reflection and an appreciation for the tactile and conceptual connections between materials, nature, and personal expression.
Through this blend of traditional and experimental art forms, campers will develop their creative confidence, learn new artistic skills, and bring home a portfolio of vibrant, one-of-a-kind artworks.

Integrative Thinking

Unleash your Imagination

For students currently in grades 7 to 12
$550

Join us this March Break for an exciting camp where you get to imagine the future of learning with Artificial Intelligence. Throughout the week, you will explore what AI really is, uncover the surprising ways it already shapes your world, and investigate both its possibilities and its risks. You will dive into hands-on challenges, experiment with creative AI tools, and learn how to think critically about things like misinformation, deepfakes, and bias. Most importantly, you will become a creator, designing ideas, tools, and solutions that could shape how your school uses AI responsibly, ethically, and in ways that help everyone learn. By the end of the camp, you will not just understand AI, you will help lead the conversation about how it can make your school a better and more innovative place. Come ready to imagine boldly, build creatively, and think deeply about the future.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a new module for Integrative Thinking, and we welcome those who have participated in the Dufferin Mall Environmental Consultant module previously.
