Become a Mentor

Branching Out is the UTS alumni mentoring program. It brings together senior UTS students just before they embark on their final year of high school, and a diverse selection of young, established alumni, in one-on-one mentoring partnerships.

Connections that count

Students are matched with mentors, and meet for two to four hours each month, either in person, virtually, by email or telephone.

Throughout the year, students and mentors are expected to attend several events, including an orientation session and a closing celebration, and if possible, arrange visits to the mentor's place of work, university campuses, or other relevant activities.
