She is also leading our commitment to increasing representation at UTS among traditionally underrepresented groups, ensuring that all students feel affirmed and truly welcome at our school. She instills equity as a mindset within all that we do.

Garth Chalmers, Vice Principal of Senior School

In addition, he is responsible for M3 to S6 parent and student issues related to the UTS Code of Conduct and promoting Positive School Culture, including preventing harassment and assault and support of restorative practices and digital citizenship. Other areas of primary responsibility include oversight of International Partnerships, as well as oversight of the UTS IT Department, Safe Schools protocols, the school calendar and academic timetabling.
